Richard G. Ozelie, Esquire
A graduate from Nova Souhtheastern University Law School, Richard G. Ozelie has practiced law in South Florida since 1978.
Richard G. Ozelie, Esq. Graduated University South Florida undergrad in 1974 and graduated with his Juris Doctorate Degree (JD) from Nova Southeastern University - Shepard Broad Law Center in June 1978 and admitted to the Florida Bar in 1978. He is also a member of the Federal Bar for the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and is licensed to Practice law in any/all Federal jurisdictions, including all USA Territories. He is also admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court, and the 5th and 11th Circuit Courts of Appeal. The Firm has had Federal Ciminal representations in Florida, N. Carolina, Minnesota, New Hampshire and Texas.
Erica H. Levine,
Paralegal
Erica H. Levine holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from an ABA approved Program at Nova Southeastern University. Ms. Levine has been working in the legal field since 1998.
Ms. Levine also functions as the Law Firm's HR Manager, Office Manager, and Administrator.
Jennifer B. Delahunty,
Paralegal
Jennifer B. Delahunty holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and an Associates of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from an ABA approved Program at Broward College.
In addition to litigation paralegal functions, Ms. Delahunty is also in charge of accounts payable/accounts receivable for the Firm.
