With more than 40 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Ozelie has excelled as a managing partner, a senior partner and a litigation lawyer for Ozelie Law LLC since 1980. In this position, he has practiced family and criminal defense both inside and outside of courtrooms in Florida, North Carolina, Minnesota, New Hampshire and Texas. He built an exemplary reputation through his effective representation of clients in federal cases involving stock fraud, money laundering, wire fraud and mail fraud, as well as felony and misdemeanor crimes throughout Florida. The firm was also involved in the 1996 Federal drug case, which at the time, was the largest seizure of "hash" in DEA history. Mr. Ozelie has also focused his legal efforts to help resolve matters of domestic violence, marriage dissolution, child support and custody, paternity and other family law topics in Palm Beach and Broward Counties.
